Representative 3, Enterprise Direct Sales - Sales Development

This role focuses on generating and qualifying enterprise sales opportunities through outbound prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns. The Representative will conduct high-level conversations with senior executives about business and marketing issues, identify prospect needs, and transfer qualified opportunities to field sales executives. The role requires research on prospects, understanding business requirements, and staying current on industry trends. Responsibilities include meeting sales quotas, managing the customer through lead generation and pipeline management, and updating the CRM system. Collaboration with sales and marketing teams, and providing feedback on product offerings are also key aspects. Previous telecom sales or sales development experience is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Conducting thorough research on prospects to identify their specific security needs, pain points, and decision-makers
  2. Qualifying leads by understanding their business requirements and matching them with our security solutions and services
  3. Generating a consistent pipeline of opportunities through outbound cold calling, email campaigns, social networking and lead follow-up over the telephone. Passing the opportunity to the field to complete the sale to Mid-Market and Enterprise businesses
  4. Staying current on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging security technologies to better position our solutions to prospects
  5. Meeting and exceeding all assigned sales quotas and achieve targeted customer experience scorecard metrics. Engaging executives in targeted prospect accounts and orchestrating discussions with senior executives around their business needs
