  1. Support inbound live order calls for DoorDash's partner Merchants and customers.
  2. Develop expertise in how DoorDash uses its processes & system to promote positive outcomes.
  3. Operate with a willingness to grow with a diverse team that has a passion for what we do & the impact we are making toward this industry.
  4. Go above & beyond to create the best ordering experience for our accessibility needs customers, including but not limited to our visually impaired customers.
  5. Assist our accessibility needs customers with accurate order placement and local restaurant recommendations.
  6. Securely update important account information for our accessibility needs customers, including emails and credit card information.
  7. Provide feedback and share your ideas on how DoorDash can better the ordering customer experience.
