Research & Insights Manager - Platform and Membership

This role leads primary research (quantitative and qualitative) to advise Uber's product development, policy, and marketing strategy for its cross-line of business efforts and Membership program. The manager will act as the voice of the consumer, synthesizing research with other data sources to influence insight-driven decisions.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead and execute market research for Membership and Platform initiatives, collaborating with a diverse set of cross-functional teams.
  2. Collaborate with the research & insights team, as well as with UX research, data science, and policy research teams to conduct research studies and connect insights across the organization.
  3. Lead all aspects of vendor management to conduct both qualitative and quantitative primary research studies as well explore secondary data sources as needed.
  4. Deliver insights and influence leadership to drive deeper understanding of key audiences and integration into strategy.
  5. Work closely with other researchers on the team to develop and scale more efficient and effective ways of conducting research.
