  2. Research Interns not only advance their own careers, but they also contribute to exciting research and development strides.
  3. During the 12-week internship, Research Interns are paired with mentors and expected to collaborate with other Research Interns and researchers, present findings, and contribute to the vibrant life of the community.

Skills

Required

  • Accepted or currently enrolled in a PhD program relevant to Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Informatics, Psychology, or a related STEM field.

Nice to have

  • Demonstrate proficiency in mixed-methodologies, AI prototyping, or qualitative research methods
  • Experience working and innovating in close collaboration with communities
  • Can provide demonstration of effective interpersonal skills including both cross-group and cross-culture collaboration skills.
  • Ability to think unconventionally to derive creative and innovative solutions.
