What you'd actually do

  1. Develop novel algorithms and signal processing techniques to solve complex problems at the intersection between machine learning, acoustics, and signal processing with applications in VR and AR
  2. Develop sensor fusion solutions with limited compute and memory
  3. Develop ML algorithms that deliver on engineering best practices and product quality
  4. Lead the development of applications to enable quick prototyping, proof-of-concept, and demonstrations
  5. Collaborate with teams in the larger Reality Labs organization and provide creative leadership on cross-team technologies

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, relevant technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Ph.D. or equivalent experience in Applied Mathematics, Audio Engineering and Signal Processing, Acoustics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
