What you'd actually do

  1. Provide catalytic component and system performance and aging fundamental understanding through detailed laboratory experiments and analysis.
  2. Kinetic model development and simulation.
  3. Lead complex programs to identify, analyze and resolve current issues and will provide solutions for current and future needs in the areas of diesel, natural gas engine, alternate fuel, and hybrid system exhaust catalytic aftertreatment, focused on technical delivery.
  4. Design and promote new laboratory test protocols and analytical methods, as well as bench tests and analysis work.
  5. Develop, calibrate, and validate predictive models for catalytic component and system performance based on application profiles and identify and resolve challenges arising throughout lifecycle of Caterpillar products.
