Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
2+ years of experience in an engineering role related to Exterior Trim manufacturing equipment and processes
Excellent communication and presentation skills
CAD design experience for Exterior Trim commodities
Understanding of GD&T/variation management in an industrial environment
Experience delivering multiple vehicle programs to production
Experience in Exterior Trim commodities
Ability to drive and solve complex problems using advanced problem-solving techniques
Strong understanding of the first-principles physics of your system
CATIA V6

Apply broad engineering knowledge and expertise to resolve problems during Prototype and Production builds. Hands-on Validation of requirements, and ensuring verification of changes to specifications Ensure lessons from robust root cause actions are being driven back to core and advanced engineering teams. Drive continuous improvement efforts in all areas of engineering management with a clear focus on quality, cost, and delivery. Communication /working relationship with ESS Lead cross functional teams to deliver RC resolution Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field +2 years of experience in an engineering role related to Exterior Trim manufacturing equipment and processes preferred Excellent communication and presentation skills. Pay Disclosure The salary range for this role is $77,900 - $86,600 for Illinois based applicants. This is the lowest to highest salary we in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, and organizational needs. The successful candidate may be eligible for annual performance bonus and equity awards.
