Role Description (Introduction):
このロールの候補者は、CSGのプロフェッショナルサービス部門(コンサルティング部門)のリーダーに対し、リソース管理の観点から戦略的示唆を提示し、定常的な部門運営を推進する「サービス・オペレーションチーム」のシニアアナリストです。 リソース管理(国内外のコンサルタントおよび社外パートナ)を通じてビジネスの成長に貢献します。 CSGサービス部門のリーダーにとって信頼に足るアドバイザーとして、ビジネス戦略のビジョンを共有し、顧客の成功や組織の成長に向けた革新的なアプローチを特定します。また、コンサルタントがもたらす成果について、客観的かつデータに基づいた洞察を提示することが求められます。
Your Impact (Success):
このロールの成功は、CSGサービス部門のBooking(受注額)、売上、利益率および顧客満足度等によって測られます。戦略的なアウトプットとしては、サービス部門の要員構成を踏まえた戦略的な成長プランの策定や社外パートナーとの協業計画策定、部門パフォーマンスの財務・事業両面での測定や傾向分析、示唆の提示などがあります。 業務上は、サービス部門のコンサルティング・マネージャーと営業担当者の間に立って、案件への最適な人員配置の実現やパートナー選定、海外リソースの調達などを論理的、効率的、かつ強力に推進することが求められます。 候補者は、部門内だけではなくグローバルCSG組織、財務や採用、人事、部門戦略担当者と密接に協業することが求められます。
Your Impact (Responsibilities):
- 中長期戦略の立案・推進： CSGサービス部門の状況を分析し、リソース（要員・スキル）の観点から部門の成長につながる戦略やイニシアチブを積極的に立案・推進する
- リソース供給能力の最大化： サービス提供能力（デリバリーキャパシティ）を最大化するため、社内コンサルタントの稼働率管理や、海外協業推進、パートナー拡大を行う
- アサインメントの最適化： リソース調整会議をリードし、コンサルティング・マネージャーや営業担当者と連携しながら、プロジェクトへの最適な人員配置、パートナー選定、海外リソースの調達を推進する
- グローバル・他部門との連携： 日本のCSG全体の方向性や戦略との整合性を図るため、グローバル組織や財務、人事、IT等の各部門と協業し、部門運営プロセス（オペレーション）の継続的な改善を行う
- メトリクスの定義と可視化： 高いレベルのビジネス目標（KPI）に対し、進捗を測定するためのメトリクスを定義し、レポートやダッシュボード（Salesforce等）を用いて可視化・計測する
- データ駆動型の意思決定支援： ビジネスの進捗やKPIを定期的に分析・報告し、データと客観的な分析に基づいてマネジメント層の迅速な意思決定をサポートする
Minimum Qualifications (Required):
- 3〜5年の事業部門運営（Business Operations）、リソースマネジメント、またはそれに準ずる部門管理・オペレーション経験
- コンサルティングファームやITサービス企業などの「プロフェッショナルサービス・ビジネス」における実務経験、または密接な協業経験
- プロジェクトマネージャー、営業、財務など、多様なステークホルダーとの高度な交渉・調整能力（コンフリクトマネジメント能力）
- ビジネスレベルの英語力（グローバルチームとの会議、メール、チャットでの円滑な意思決定・交渉が可能であること）および流暢な日本語力
- 変化の速い環境（アジャイルな環境）や新しい要求に対して、柔軟かつ適切に対応できる能力
- 異文化に対する理解、および多様なバックグラウンドを持つメンバーと協業できるダイバーシティへの高い意識
Preferred Qualifications (NOT Required):
- Salesforce製品の知識・利用経験、または認定資格
- IT project への参画経験
- BIツールやダッシュボード（Tableau、Salesforce Reports等）を用いたデータ分析・可視化の実務経験
