This role focuses on driving customer success for ISVs undergoing cloud, SaaS, and AI transformations. The primary responsibility is to ensure clients achieve competitive advantage by adopting AWS services, migrating workloads, and accelerating the adoption of AI and agentic capabilities to achieve measurable business outcomes. The role involves connecting clients with AWS expertise, orchestrating engagements across various AWS teams, and translating technical solutions into business value.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the success of a portfolio of ISV accounts, working backwards from each customer's strategic milestones to define and execute a clear path to value realization
  2. Lead roadmap-to-outcome alignment sessions, Executive Briefing Sessions, and go-live milestones that accelerate each customer's cloud and AI journey
  3. Help ISVs build the governance, operating models, and data infrastructure needed to sustain long-term transformation, not just hit short-term milestones
  4. Support customers in adopting generative AI and agentic capabilities that redefine software design, delivery, and monetization
  5. Serve as the primary liaison between ISV customers and AWS teams (Sales, Solutions Architecture, Support, Professional Services, and Partners) to ensure coordinated, high-quality engagement
