What you'd actually do

  1. Support Account Managers in financial, operational, and planning processes.
  2. Build and maintain reports that track business performance across multiple data sources.
  3. Identify operational gaps and recommend process improvements or scalable solutions.
  4. Escalate and help resolve complex operational issues related to data sources, store performance, or app visibility.
  5. Support financial processes, including invoicing and overdue portfolio management.
