Retail Sales Consultant

This role is a Retail Sales Consultant for AT&T, focused on creating customer connections, meeting sales targets, and selling AT&T's products and services. It involves a consultative sales approach, working on the sales floor, and potentially engaging in community events, online orders, and outbound calls. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided for those without sales experience. The compensation includes an hourly wage plus commissions.

  3. Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
  4. Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  5. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
