Retail Sales Consultant

This is a retail sales role focused on selling AT&T products and services to customers. The primary responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing personalized sales expertise, and creating customer connections. The role involves a consultative sales approach and potentially outbound calls. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but not required as training will be provided. Compensation includes a base salary plus uncapped commission.

  3. You’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
  4. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  5. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
