Retail Sales Consultant

This is a retail sales position focused on selling AT&T products and services to customers. The role involves a consultative sales approach, meeting sales targets, and earning commission. It requires office presence and involves customer interaction on the sales floor, community events, and outbound calls. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training is provided. The compensation includes hourly pay plus commission, with benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and tuition reimbursement.

What you'd actually do

  1. On the sales floor, you’ll use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options, this is where your drive and passion for helping people will really shine.
  2. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  3. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
  4. This is a fast-paced environment, being flexible and open to change will help you stay current with evolving tech and all the ways we work to meet customer’s needs.
