Retail Sales Consultant

Retail Sales Consultant role focused on customer engagement, meeting sales targets, and earning commissions by selling AT&T products and services. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, and training is provided for those without. The role involves a consultative sales approach on the sales floor, community involvement through events, online orders, and outbound calls. Compensation includes a base hourly wage plus uncapped commission opportunities.

  4. You’ll be a part of the community through events, filling online online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  5. You’ll work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, so you can be there when our customers need us.
