Retail Sales Consultant

This is a retail sales role focused on selling AT&T products and services to customers. The primary responsibilities include meeting sales targets, providing a consultative sales approach, and building customer relationships. The role involves working on the sales floor, potentially making outbound calls, and handling online orders. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, but training is provided for those without experience. Compensation includes an hourly wage plus uncapped commissions.
