Retail Sales Consultant

This role is for a Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, focused on creating customer connections, meeting sales targets, and selling AT&T products and services. It involves a consultative sales approach, community engagement, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. Prior sales experience is a plus, and training is provided for those without it. Compensation includes an hourly rate and uncapped commission.

  2. Meeting sales targets and earning your commission happens with the power of AT&T’s full suite of products at your fingertips – the latest devices and personalized services that bring friends, families and communities closer together.
  3. Use a consultative sales approach guiding customers through their options.
  4. Be a part of the community through events, filling online orders and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
  5. Work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
