Retail Senior Sales Account Manager

NVIDIA is seeking a Retail Senior Sales Account Manager for the DACH region to drive retail growth opportunities, craft customer value, and implement partnership strategies. The role involves understanding customer needs, quantifying market opportunities, developing strategic business plans, partnering with lighthouse customers and solution partners, and representing NVIDIA at industry events. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, 6+ years of experience in the retail sector with a focus on technology solutions, strong account management and communication skills, and comprehensive knowledge of retail applications and computing platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Engage retail industry customers to develop a deep understanding of their goals, strategies, and technical and business needs – and help to define and deliver high-value solutions that meet these needs within the French region.
  2. Quantify the market opportunity, craft a strategy, define initiatives and outcomes, and orchestrate resources to achieve those outcomes. You must have the ability to analyze and segment market opportunities and develop strategic business plans around them.
  3. Strategically partner with lighthouse customers and industry-specific application and other solution partners targeting our computing platform.
  4. Be main central point for retail ecosystem within France.
  5. Build partner and customer references and case studies.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience from a leading University, Master’s/MBA
  • 6+ years or meaningful work experience within the retail sector.
  • Deep knowledge and extensive experience of retail industry business development, and driving adoption and growth of a technology-based solutions
  • Leverage success to foster community marketing & business development. Communicate and complete success stories working with campaign, corporate, & partner marketing teams
  • Attend retail industry events to represent NVIDIA and recruit and engage the ecosystem in France.
  • Strong account management and partnership experience and skills
  • Excellent written, verbal and presentation communication skills are a crucial requirement. Candidates must work comfortably across all major internal functional areas (engineering, sales, marketing, executives), as well as external partners, customers, and content developers
  • Comprehensive knowledge of retail applications, datacenter servers, cloud services, and embedded and in-store devices.
