This role is for a Retail Store Manager at AT&T, responsible for overseeing store operations, managing a team, and ensuring customer satisfaction with AT&T's products and services. It involves sales, merchandising, and team coaching, with a focus on meeting sales goals and providing an excellent customer experience.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store.
  2. Ensure that customers are provided with an extraordinary experience with our products and services.
  3. Perform additional outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events as needed.
  4. Gain valuable experience coaching a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals.

Skills

Required

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.
