What you'd actually do

  1. Lead employee development and coaching to improve customer interactions and complete required training on schedule
  2. Resolve customer issues to enhance the customer experience and align with brand expectations
  3. Manage store operations including staffing, scheduling, labor controls, marketing, and loss prevention to ensure store success
  4. Monitor sales, inventory, and store programs to support operational excellence and implement new initiatives
  5. Also responsible for other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed
