  2. Ensure consistent execution of renewal planning, orchestration, and processing, including quote accuracy, procurement engagement, and contract closure.
  3. Own a rolling multi-quarter renewal forecast, including attrition risk, upside, and execution timelines.
  4. Proven experience leading sales teams in a B2B SaaS or subscription environment.
  5. Strong people leader with a mentoring approach and high accountability standards.
