Polymarket is seeking a Retention Strategy Manager to own end-to-end retention strategy across the customer lifecycle for their US App and Polymarket.com. This role involves building and optimizing campaigns across various channels (email, push, in-app, SMS) to drive conversion, engagement, and reactivation. The position sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and data, requiring fast experimentation, micro-segmentation, and real-time triggered messaging tied to live market events. Collaboration with Product and Data teams is essential for feature adoption, notification strategy, and predictive segmentation. The ideal candidate will have 3-6+ years of experience in retention/growth marketing, hands-on CRM platform experience, strong analytical skills, and a deep understanding of segmentation and personalization.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end retention strategy across the customer lifecycle for Polymarket's US App and Polymarket.com
  2. Build and optimize email, push, in-app, and SMS campaigns to drive conversion across company initiatives
  3. Design programs covering engagement, cross-sell, churn mitigation, and reactivation
  4. Develop micro-segmentation strategies to deliver the right message, right channel, right moment — with proof it moved the needle
  5. Own real-time triggered messaging tied to live market events, ensuring Polymarket is always relevant when it matters most

Skills

Required

  • 3–6+ years of experience in retention, lifecycle, or growth marketing
  • Hands-on experience with common CRM platforms used to build customer journeys
  • Experience owning retention across web and mobile
  • Strong analytical instincts — comfortable working with cohorts, funnels, and experimentation
  • Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and orchestration strategy
  • Clear communicator who can move quickly in a high-velocity, event-driven product
  • Comfortable working non-traditional hours around live events and breaking news, including evenings and weekends
