This role is for a Revenue Analyst within Oracle's Global Order Management team, focusing on transaction processing, customer interaction, and ensuring accurate and timely booking of orders in compliance with corporate and SEC standards. The candidate will liaise with sales, partners, and customers, perform UATs, document processes, and collaborate with various internal teams to resolve issues. The role requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and adherence to compliance guidelines like SOX.

What you'd actually do

  1. Perform/Drive UAT’s on the system updates/changes
  2. Document processes and impart training and knowledge transfer
  3. Provide periodic updates on project progress and capable to handle reports.
  4. Perform data entry, record verification, validation of policies in alignment with current business practices and Desk Manuals - HW/License/Cloud/OKS/Edu
  5. Identify queries on non-compliant requests; work with the right stake holders to resolve them by providing details on possible resolution
