Revenue Analytics Manager

Cresta Cresta · Vertical AI · United States · Remote · Technical Operations

The Revenue Analytics Manager will build and own the analytical infrastructure for Cresta's Go-To-Market (GTM) engine, translating data from Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success into actionable insights. This role involves recurring reporting, scalable dashboard creation, and automation to enhance team impact within a fast-growing AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own recurring reporting across Sales, Marketing, and CS: pipeline, win rates, ARR, funnel performance, churn/retention metrics, and usage data
  2. Design and build standard and mid-complexity dashboards for GTM stakeholders
  3. Identify and eliminate manual, repetitive processes across the BD&I team and GTM stakeholders
  4. Own complex and ambiguous ad hoc requests
  5. Serve as the escalation point for data quality and SFDC issues — investigate root causes and drive resolution
