This role focuses on architecting revenue cycle integration and technical design within Oracle Health's federal consulting space. It involves leading client discussions, managing escalations, and defining financial metrics and KPIs to improve healthcare revenue cycles. What you'd actually do

  1. lead revenue cycle integration, workflow and technical design across all revenue cycle solutions and venues.
  2. influence workflow and technical decisions, articulating operational and financial impacts to client and company project teams.
  3. participate in executive level client discussions regarding revenue cycle expectations and opportunities for improvement.
  4. manage and resolve project escalations as point of contact for revenue cycle leadership
  5. consult with business operations leadership, CFO’s, CIOs, and revenue cycle leadership to define financial metrics, key performance indicators and areas of opportunity during implementations.

Skills

Required

  • 8 years combined related work experience and completed higher education
  • 4 years of experience in healthcare information technology (HCIT) consulting, HCIT support, or other client-facing IT solution roles
  • 4 years of work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher education
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain government security clearance

  • Experience with 3M Encoder, Health Benefits Manager, Cerner Contract Management
  • Experience writing Cerner Command Language queries and programs
