Revenue Enablement Coordinator

This role is for a Revenue Enablement Coordinator at Vanta, a company focused on security and trust management. The coordinator will manage the operational aspects of the Enablement team, including scheduling, program logistics, and communication. A key aspect of the role is to actively explore and experiment with AI tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own calendaring and scheduling across the Enablement team, including program sessions, stakeholder syncs, and team meetings — ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.
  2. Drive end-to-end program management for enablement initiatives, tracking milestones, dependencies, and deliverables to keep projects on schedule.
  3. Build and maintain an operating rhythm for the team — weekly standups, monthly reviews, quarterly planning cycles — so the team operates with clarity and consistency.
  4. Run point on logistics for all enablement programs, including coordinating with cross-functional partners, managing vendors, and preparing materials and agendas.
  5. Draft and manage internal and external communications on behalf of the Enablement team, including announcements, program updates, and follow-ups.
