Revenue Enablement Lead (mountain or Pacific Time Zone)

This role is focused on revenue enablement within a healthcare AI company. The primary responsibility is to design and execute enablement programs for sales and customer success teams. A key aspect involves building Go-To-Market (GTM) AI agents using tools like Attention.tech to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency for the sales and success teams. While the company is AI-focused and the role involves building AI agents, the core function is enablement and product, not direct AI/ML research or engineering.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and deliver impactful, skill-based, and situational enablement programs that empower our Sales and Partner Experience Success teams.
  2. Collaborate closely with sales and success first-line managers to align with enablement initiatives, empowering them to effectively manage and coach their teams.
  3. Build GTM AI Agents. Our goal is to use AI to minimize tactical, repetitive, or low-impact work to allow our sales and success teams to work “at the top of their license.” We’re looking for a non-technical builder to find repetitive work and use [Attention.tech](http://Attention.tech) to build workflows & agents to remove friction & give time back to our teams.
  4. Create, maintain, and manage intuitive and effective documentation for sales processes and skills, ensuring that assets are accessible to the right people at the right time.
  5. Provide continuous coaching to enhance sales skills, including discovery and negotiation, ensuring alignment with the Challenger methodology..

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales, Enablement, Customer Success, or a related role within the healthcare, health tech, AI, or SaaS sectors.
  • Proven ability to design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs and content, including presentations, e-learning modules, videos, documentation, and other collateral.
  • Familiarity with LMS, CMS, SFDC, and Conversation Intelligence tools ([Attention.tech](http://Attention.tech) preferred)
