This role focuses on designing, executing, and optimizing Reddit's advertising incentives programs to drive revenue growth. It involves strategic and operational responsibilities at the intersection of Sales, Finance, Accounting, Legal, and Product, with a focus on program management, scalable systems, governance, and performance measurement. The role also supports the monetization of premium products by shaping pricing and packaging frameworks.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and evolve incentive programs that drive incremental revenue, acquisition, and retention. Establish clear frameworks for when and how incentives should be used - including eligibility, targeting, and guardrails - and partner with Sales leadership to ensure programs align with seller behavior and go-to-market priorities.
  2. Own planning, timelines, and cross-functional coordination across all incentive programs. Oversee intake, review, and approval workflows to ensure timely, consistent execution. Set and maintain a clear operating cadence - including monthly reviews and quarterly planning - to track progress, surface risks, and drive accountability.
  3. Ensure seamless rollout and adoption of incentive programs across sales teams. Simplify program structures and messaging so incentives are easy to understand and use in live deals, while balancing flexibility with program discipline.
  4. Lead the development of a centralized incentives workflow, including Salesforce integration. Standardize how incentives are created, approved, tracked, and reported, and identify opportunities to automate manual processes and reduce operational overhead.
  5. Define and enforce approval frameworks, budget tracking, and auditability across all incentive programs. Partner with Finance and Legal on compliance, accounting treatment, and risk mitigation. Improve visibility into incentive utilization and prevent budget leakage.

Skills

Required

  • 6+ years in strategy & operations, sales operations, management consulting, finance, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience designing or operating incentive, pricing, or promotional programs that drive measurable business outcomes
  • Proven track record of building and scaling cross-functional programs from the ground up
  • Strong strategic and analytical thinking
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly and influence stakeholders
  • Strong commercial judgment
