Revenue Growth Manager – Visa Direct

Visa is seeking a Revenue Growth Manager for Visa Direct in the GCC region. This role focuses on driving growth strategy, managing multi-channel campaigns, and fostering partnerships to increase transaction volume. The manager will analyze funnel performance, user behavior, and transaction data to drive activation, usage, frequency, and expansion, using data and experimentation to launch clients, accelerate adoption, and improve engagement and retention. This is a product-focused role with a strong emphasis on data analysis and growth outcomes.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own revenue growth for assigned accounts by analyzing funnel performance, user behavior, and transaction data to drive activation, usage, frequency, and expansion
  2. Lead client launches and post‑launch growth plans using data‑backed hypotheses, including onboarding journeys, use‑case activation, and GTM execution
  3. Define, monitor, and optimize growth KPIs (e.g., activation rate, active users, transaction frequency, volume per user, retention) at account and corridor level
  4. Identify growth levers across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization through cohort analysis, segmentation, and performance diagnostics
  5. Design, run, and scale structured growth experiments with clear success metrics across product, lifecycle, partnerships, incentives, and channels

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in growth, revenue, product growth, or commercial analytics‑led roles within payments, fintech, or financial services
  • Proven experience in a similar individual contributor growth role, owning revenue or usage growth for products, platforms, or client portfolios
  • Demonstrated ability to use data to diagnose problems, form hypotheses, run experiments, and drive measurable outcomes
  • Strong understanding of payment flows (AFT/OCT, remittances, wallets, payouts, collections, or similar) and transaction economics
  • Hands‑on experience launching products or clients and scaling post‑launch adoption using performance data
  • High analytical fluency, comfortable working with dashboards, funnels, cohorts, and experimentation results
  • Ability to work cross‑functionally and influence without authority in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments
