Revenue Lead - North America - Enterprise

This role is for an Enterprise Sales leader at ElevenLabs, an AI research and product company. The individual will own the enterprise go-to-market (GTM) strategy and execution, focusing on driving revenue growth, building a high-performing sales team, and representing the company to customers and partners. The role requires experience in leading enterprise sales in a high-growth tech environment, with a strong preference for AI/ML experience, and the ability to operate both strategically and tactically.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the enterprise sales function: strategy, pipeline, forecast, process, and execution
  2. Define enterprise ICP, sales methodology, and scalable GTM motion
  3. Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing enterprise sales team
  4. Drive new business acquisition and expansion in strategic verticals
  5. Act as an executive presence with customers, including leading briefings, events, and high-stakes negotiations

Skills

  • Proven experience leading enterprise sales in a high-growth, product-led tech company
  • Track record of building and scaling sales teams from the ground up
  • Demonstrated success in closing seven-figure enterprise deals and managing complex sales cycles
  • Ability to operate both strategically and tactically
  • Strong executive presence and ability to represent the company at C-suite and board levels
  • Collaborative, humble, and highly driven to deliver impact
