Revenue Management and Pricing Manager (hotel Focus)

This role manages room inventory and pricing for Hong Kong Disneyland Hotels to maximize revenue. Responsibilities include analytical studies, pricing recommendations, group business management, and forecasting for financial and operational planning. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead in‑depth analytical studies to evaluate hotel performance, support new initiatives, and conduct post‑implementation reviews to drive continuous improvement.
  2. Manage hotel room inventory through effective revenue management and pricing strategies, including pricing and quotation support for ad‑hoc group business.
  3. Partner closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure trade sales are effectively managed, including governance of sales calendars, rate guidelines, and pricing integrity.
  4. Provide strategic guidance to the Hotel Division’s Ten‑Year Plan and Annual Operating Plan, supporting long‑term growth and financial objectives.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in revenue management, pricing, finance, or analytical roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficiency with hotel revenue management systems and tools (e.g. IDeaS or equivalent)
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and drive change through clear, data‑driven recommendations and compelling communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

  • MBA and/or professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA) is preferred
  • Experience in operations process improvement, productivity initiatives, or large‑scale operational environments is an advantage
