This role is for a Revenue Operations lead at an applied AI lab. The primary focus is on building and managing systems related to revenue generation, including pipeline management, forecasting, compensation, and sales performance. The role requires strong technical skills in CRM/GTM tooling and SQL, and involves partnering with GTM and Finance leadership to ensure data accuracy and drive efficiency. What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain the systems that power opportunity management, pipeline hygiene, forecasting, and renewal workflows
  2. Own sales compensation modeling, quota and attainment tracking, and performance reporting
  3. Design automations that surface next-best actions, improve follow-up discipline, and drive deal velocity
  4. Partner with GTM and Finance on revenue planning and forecasting
  5. Manage GTM tool integrations and evolve the stack as we scale

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM systems at a high-growth company
  • Hands-on ownership of sales pipeline systems, comp plans, forecasting, and post-sale processes
  • Strong technical fluency with CRM/GTM tooling

  • Comfortable with SQL
