Revenue Operations Engineer

This role is the R&D arm of the Revenue Operations function, building AI-augmented workflows, enrichment pipelines, and automation systems to improve Go-To-Market efficiency. The engineer will design and implement systems for data enrichment, signal detection, CRM architecture, and AI-driven GTM motions, focusing on infrastructure that compounds leverage for the team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and run our enrichment waterfalls (Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, custom APIs), including fallback logic, monitoring, and quality SLAs.
  2. Build the systems that detect buying signals - job changes, funding events, product usage triggers, news and route them to the right rep with the right context.
  3. Salesforce is our system of record; you'll own custom objects, automation (Flow), validation, and the integration layer between Salesforce, our data warehouse, and activation tools (reverse ETL, sequencers, enablement platforms).
  4. Build with the AI tools and agents that are reshaping how outbound, scoring, and CS motions work. We expect you to be on the frontier here.
  5. Maintain the catalogue of workflows, retire what's no longer earning its keep, and ensure everything you ship has alerting, error handling, and idempotency.
