Revenue Operations Engineer, Quoting Systems

This role is for a Revenue Operations Engineer focused on implementing and optimizing quoting systems (Salesforce CPQ, DealHub, Conga CLM) and order handoff processes to NetSuite. It involves program management, cross-functional collaboration, and ensuring catalog readiness for direct and channel sales motions. The role does not involve AI/ML development.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and run the Quote to Order roadmap spanning Salesforce, Salesforce CPQ & DealHub, Conga CLM, and NetSuite
  2. Translate business rules into CPQ/CLM designs (bundles, rules, price books, discount schedules, templates).
  3. Lead cross-functional working groups (Sales, Deal Desk, Product Ops/Product Marketing, Systems Engineering, Finance/Accounting, Legal/Legal Ops, Manufacturing/Fulfillment).
  4. Establish governance for catalog changes (intake → design → approval → testing → release).
  5. Own testing (UAT), documentation, and enablement (guides, videos, office hours).

Skills

Required

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue Operations / Quote-to-Order / CPQ
