What you'd actually do

  1. Lead key planning processes including territory design, segmentation, and quota allocation
  2. Own end-to-end forecasting and pipeline management across business units
  3. Define and maintain the metrics, dashboards, and reporting frameworks used to run the business
  4. Partner with Marketing, Finance, Sales, Customer Success, and Delivery to ensure GTM initiatives are well-coordinated and effectively executed

Skills

Required

  • 8-12+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Strategy at high-growth technology companies
  • Experience supporting enterprise sales organizations and services delivery models
  • Strong expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, capacity modeling, and designing sales incentive and variable compensation programs
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence senior GTM leaders through clear data-driven insights
  • Comfort operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment, balancing strategy with hands-on execution
