This role is for a Revenue Operations Manager at Attentive, an AI marketing platform company. The manager will support the GM of International, focusing on operational excellence across the customer lifecycle, pipeline management, deal execution, and forecasting. The role requires strong collaboration with global teams and analytical support for regional leadership.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary RevOps partner to the GM of International, supporting day-to-day operations, execution, and regional priorities
  2. Act as the connective tissue between International and centralized Sales Ops, CS Ops, and Deal Enablement teams to ensure alignment and effective rollout of global programs
  3. Support pipeline management, deal execution, and forecasting processes for the International business, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights
  4. Partner closely with sales and customer success leaders to improve operational rigor across opp hygiene and churn / renewal cadences
  5. Drive deal enablement in-region by supporting complex deals, approvals, and adherence to pricing and governance frameworks

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, or similar role in a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Experience supporting regional or international GTM teams, ideally in a distributed/global operating model
  • Strong understanding of sales, customer success, and deal lifecycle operations
  • Proven ability to partner with senior regional leadership (e.g., GM, VP-level) and act as a trusted operator and advisor
  • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You have the ability to influence without direct authority across global teams
  • Excellent program management and organizational skills, with attention to detail and follow-through
  • Comfortable operating as an individual contributor who drives impact through partnership, ownership, and execution
