Revenue Operations Manager, Compensation

This role is for a Revenue Operations Manager focused on compensation within a fast-growing marketplace company. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales compensation models, setting quota targets, collaborating with Finance for payouts, and driving process standardization. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with sales organizations, and proficiency in SQL and dashboarding tools.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use forecasting, in-depth analyses, and input from RevOps, Sales leadership and Finance to build sales compensation models and inform OKR-setting
  2. Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership and People Team in rolling out new sales plans/quotas quarterly
  3. Drive the sales planning cycle by setting and tracking quota targets across various Sales teams that align with growth strategy and goals
  4. Build net new compensation structures for new partnerships and customer segments
  5. Build dashboarding for compensation tracking and payouts that informs improvement of the sales commission model each quarter
