Revenue Operations Manager, Compensation

This role is for a Revenue Operations Manager focused on compensation within a rapidly growing marketplace. The primary responsibilities include developing and managing sales compensation models, setting and tracking quota targets, building compensation structures for new functions, and collaborating with Finance for accurate commission payouts. The role requires strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and dashboarding tools, and a background in sales compensation.

What you'd actually do

  1. Use forecasting, in-depth analyses, and input from RevOps, Sales leadership and Finance to build sales compensation models and inform OKR-setting
  2. Serve as a trusted partner to Sales Leadership and People Team in rolling out new sales plans/quotas quarterly
  3. Drive the sales planning cycle by setting and tracking quota targets across various Sales teams that align with growth strategy and goals
  4. Build net new compensation structures for new partnerships and customer segments
  5. Build dashboarding for compensation tracking and payouts that informs improvement of the sales commission model each quarter

Skills

Required

  • 4-5 years of experience working in a fast-paced organization
  • Prior experience working with sales organizations and on sales compensation models
  • Business acumen, deeply analytical, detail-oriented
  • Comfortable understanding and manipulating data to take action on business insights
  • Deep analytical experience includes using SQL and dashboarding tools

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in Sigma, Hex and Salesforce
  • Experience at a high-growth startup, marketplace, or creator-focused platform
  • Passion for creator communities and/or new product categories that are uniquely suited to live ecommerce
