This role is for a North America Strategic Partner Manager responsible for building and leading high-impact partnerships with GSIs and Hyperscalers, particularly those with Google Cloud experience, to embed ElevenLabs' voice AI into enterprise workflows and customer experiences. The role involves defining partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and co-sell execution, with a focus on driving measurable enterprise revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals.

What you'd actually do

  1. build and lead our highest-impact partnerships across the region
  2. identifying, recruiting, and activating a network of GSIs and Hyperscalers, with a strong preference for experience in Google Cloud who will embed ElevenLabs voice AI into enterprise workflows and customer experiences at scale
  3. own partner strategy, recruitment, enablement, and co-sell execution across North America
  4. structure partner programs that drive real revenue outcomes
  5. build joint GTM plans, co-sell motions, and partner business cases

Required

  • 10+ years building and managing successful partnerships in North America
  • scaling GSI and/or hyperscaler relationships (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure)
  • recruiting net-new partners and taking them from zero to production
  • build joint GTM plans, co-sell motions, and partner business cases
  • Commercial mindset with demonstrated success driving partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue
