What you'd actually do

  1. Support the Go-to-Market planning process for India, including quarterly and annual cycles, and help prepare inputs for target setting with Finance.
  2. Build and maintain reporting on region-specific sales metrics, pipeline health, and forecast accuracy.
  3. Dig into sales data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities, and translate findings into clear recommendations for sales leadership.
  4. Execute day-to-day operational processes including account transitions, CRM updates, opportunity hygiene, and data management.
  5. Help maintain and improve our Salesforce setup, reports, and dashboards for the India team.
