Revenue Strategy & Operations Lead

This role is focused on driving revenue growth and go-to-market strategy for Anthropic's AI products in the Australia and New Zealand region. It involves strategic planning, market opportunity assessment, sales operations, and cross-functional leadership, but the core function is not AI/ML development or research.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own the Go-to-Market planning process for Australia/NZ, including quarterly and annual cycles, and collaborate with Finance on target setting.
  2. Develop the strategy for segmenting territories and accounts across ANZ, with an eye to how it fits into the broader APJ portfolio.
  3. Identify market opportunities, assess competitive dynamics, and inform regional expansion priorities — both within ANZ and in coordination with adjacent APJ markets.
  4. Lead collaboration across Strategy and RevOps, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, Product, and Marketing teams to ensure alignment.
  5. Execute critical processes including strategic account transitions, CRM configurations, and market data management.
