This role is for a Revenue Strategy & Operations Manager at Decagon, a conversational AI platform company. What you'd actually do

  1. Play a leading role in the design and execution of GTM objectives & strategies, including capacity planning, international expansion, sales segmentation and post-sale frameworks
  2. Define and implement KPIs across business segments, delivering predictive insights and recommendations that move the needle
  3. Design & lead new revenue growth programs on topics such as pipeline generation, territory management, incentive & compensation structures and internal operational processes
  4. Deliver key business reporting for GTM leadership, executive management and Board of Directors
  5. Work cross-functionally across GTM to ensure alignment on top priorities and drive internal process transformations

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of relevant experience in GTM/revenue operations and/or investment banking, management consulting or a related field
