This role is responsible for building and maintaining the systems that power how HeyGen captures demand, qualifies interest, and routes high-value leads using inbound and product-driven signals. It sits at the intersection of product, data, and sales, focusing on defining, operationalizing, and surfacing revenue signals across the business. The role requires fluency in modern GTM tooling, system design, and a willingness to challenge existing patterns to build a scalable revenue operations foundation within a high-growth AI company.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own how inbound and product-driven revenue signals are captured, classified, and routed
  2. Define what constitutes sales-worthy intent and ensure those signals are acted on quickly and consistently
  3. Partner with product and data teams to operationalize behavioral and usage data for GTM use
  4. Build and maintain workflows for inbound intake, enrichment, scoring, and routing
  5. Ensure sales teams receive decision-ready context, not just lead objects, to engage effectively
