Revops Analyst (analytics)

This role is for a RevOps Analyst focused on partnering with the business to deliver insights that drive measurable revenue growth and operational impact. Responsibilities include elevating reporting, managing quote-to-cash processes, enabling the Revenue team with a 360-degree customer view in the CRM, and improving data hygiene and reporting accuracy. Requires experience in sales operations, Salesforce, GTM tech stacks, BI tools (Looker/Tableau), SQL, ETL, and data warehouses (BigQuery/Snowflake).

What you'd actually do

  1. Partner with GTM leadership to elevate reporting, systems and process to drive revenue growth and decision making
  2. Manage, and enhance our quote-to-cash processes to ensure accuracy and compliance
  3. Collaborate cross-functionally to enable the Revenue team to be able to see a 360 degree view of the customer in the CRM, including product usage, customer engagement (support tickets, sales emails, marketing campaigns, attribution) and contract data to drive revenue growth and improve sales productivity
  4. Drive initiative to improve data hygiene, reporting accuracy and CRM governance
  5. Manage urgent ad hoc operational requests

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations or a related role
  • Salesforce experience
  • familiarity with GTM tech stacks
  • 3+ years of big data experience: using BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • writing complex yet efficient SQL is a daily habit
  • experience getting your hands dirty with ETL
  • familiar with popular data warehouses (BigQuery, Snowflake, etc)
  • excellent communicator with senior management audiences

  • Admin certification
