This role is for a RevOps GTM Systems Architect focused on owning and evolving the GTM tech stack (Salesforce, Marketo, CPQ, ERP integrations). Responsibilities include administering platforms, building integrations, writing code (Python, JavaScript, Apex) for automation and custom solutions, and identifying/implementing AI-powered capabilities within the GTM stack for lead routing, forecasting, and workflow automation. The role requires significant hands-on Salesforce experience, integration experience (CRM-ERP), coding proficiency, and experience with marketing automation and CPQ. The candidate should actively leverage AI tools and evaluate AI vendors.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and administer our core GTM platforms: Salesforce CRM, Marketo, CPQ, and supporting tools (e.g., Outreach, LeanData, ZoomInfo)
  2. Design, build, and maintain integrations across the stack including our NetSuite ↔ Salesforce order-to-cash integration using iPaaS tools or direct API development
  3. Write code (Python, JavaScript, or Apex) to automate processes, build custom solutions, and extend platform capabilities beyond point-and-click configuration
  4. Identify and implement AI-powered capabilities across the GTM stack including lead routing, forecasting models, rep productivity tooling, and intelligent workflow automation
  5. Translate business requirements from Sales, Marketing, Finance, and CS into scalable systems logic and clean data models

Skills

Required

  • 4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience
  • Salesforce Administrator certification
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I certification
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist certification
  • Experience building or maintaining a Salesforce ↔ NetSuite integration (or comparable CRM ↔ ERP integration)
  • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Salesforce Apex
  • Experience with SOQL
  • Experience with REST/SOAP APIs
  • Experience with iPaaS platforms
  • Experience administering a marketing automation platform (Marketo preferred)
  • Experience configuring and maintaining CPQ pricing rules, quoting workflows, product catalog, and approval processes
  • Clear communication skills
  • High ownership and low ego
