Rights Analyst & Music Coordinator, Latam

Netflix Netflix · Big Tech · Sao Paulo, Brazil · Legal

Netflix is seeking a Rights Analyst & Music Coordinator for their LATAM team in Sao Paulo. This hybrid role involves analyzing contracts for owned and licensed content, managing distribution windows and rights information in a proprietary system, and providing administrative support to the Music Business & Legal Affairs team. 3. Management of business-critical systems and databases with regards to licensed and library music, as well as keeping internal documents and cross functional teams up-to-date (e.g. licensing/library specific Airtables, SourceAudio audits, onboarding tools, workflow checklists, one-sheets, etc.)
  4. Collaborating with our Music Data, Tech & Rights Team to identify gaps and inefficiencies in our systems and proactively implementing innovative solutions to eliminate duplicative and highly-manual work
