Risk Analysis Sr. Manager

This role is responsible for executing on Global Payment Solutions (GPS) to drive adherence to enterprise-wide policies/standards and providing guidance to client teams when clients become financially challenged. Key responsibilities include advising client teams on reducing treasury related credit limits or moving to prefunding, guiding client teams through client bankruptcies and ensuring bank compliance, facilitating communication between contract management teams, and ensuring deadlines and requirements of Enterprise Contract Management policy/standard are met by GPS. The role also oversees the development and enhancement of reporting for risk identification and management, analysis of trends, data design, portfolio and loss trends, and portfolio dynamics. It serves as a liaison between data, technology, and reporting teams for strategic initiatives, oversees database production processes and performance reports for senior management using data mining and advanced analytical techniques, manages communications for complex ad-hoc requests, leads cross-functional efforts to remediate data quality issues, and provides oversight of relevant systems and controls. Managerial responsibilities include championing opportunity & inclusion, demonstrating process knowledge and operational excellence, communicating enterprise decisions, ensuring risk discipline and controls, coaching and developing associates, managing expenses and budgets, assessing talent, and driving business outcomes through effective prioritization and delegation. Required qualifications include banking experience with a credit/risk background or GPS experience, intellectual curiosity, strong analytical and risk mindset, project management and process skills, excellent communication skills, acumen with Excel, Co-pilot, and SharePoint, and strong organizational skills. Desired qualifications include technology savviness with coding ability, ability to develop executive presentations, and legal experience with contract terms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Advise client teams when their clients become financially challenged; making recommendations to reduce treasury related credit limits or move to prefunding.
  2. Guide client teams of their responsibilities when their clients file bankruptcy and ensure bank's compliance with court documents.
  3. Facilitate communication and collaboration between the Enterprise Contract Management team and GPS Contract Enabler, Contract Manager, Contract Owner and Risk/Legal partners.
  4. Ensure deadlines and requirements of Enterprise Contract Management policy/standard are met by GPS and maintain quality files and documentation of Inventory, Risk summaries/non-standard approvals, QA QC, Framework, Contracts and Contract Risk Assessments
  5. Oversees the development, execution, and enhancement of reporting to allow Risk and business partners to effectively identify and manage risk

Required

  • Banking experience, with credit/risk background and/or GPS or equivalent experience
