This role is for a Technical Architect at Honeywell, focusing on the development, enhancement, and operation of Fusion Risk Management (Salesforce Platform) and ServiceNow products. The architect will configure custom objects, build workflows, manage various ServiceNow modules (IRM, TPRM), and contribute to the technical product roadmap. The role involves collaborating with stakeholders, supporting performance analytics, and integrating with other systems. A key aspect is the adoption of AI capabilities within the existing platforms.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop expertise with the SalesForce.com platform services including the following activities: Configure custom objects, fields, and page layouts; build workflow and approval processes; build formulas and validation rules; build reports & dashboards; Build Flows and Process Builders; configure user roles, profiles, record sharing, and security settings
  2. Technical architect providing expertise across various ServiceNow modules including ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM), Third Party Risk Management (TPRM), modules, custom application and platform maintenance.
  3. Functional knowledge about Resilience, Governance, Risk & Compliance to support enhancement and build requirements
  4. Responsible for end-to-end maintenance of Fusion and IRM & TPRM Modules in ServiceNow including development, deploying upgrades, testing.
  5. Build & execute technical product roadmap in alignment with business strategic goals, streamline platform governance, maintenance procedures, develop coding standards.
