What you'd actually do

  1. Develop, enhance, and maintain analytics that provide management with clear visibility into emerging trends, portfolio performance, and the quality of originated accounts.
  2. Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics, risk indicators, and profitability drivers, enabling delivery of actionable insights across the account lifecycle.
  3. Apply advanced analytical techniques, including machine learning and AI/LLM-based tools where appropriate, to support risk identification, trend analysis, and forecasting.
  4. Partner with senior team members and governance functions to ensure analytical approaches, models, and AI-driven insights are appropriately controlled, documented, and aligned with internal standards.
  5. Develop a working understanding of operational processes (e.g., underwriting, portfolio management, and transaction flows) to better assess portfolio behavior.

Skills

Required

  • Bachelors degree in finance or economics or quantitative
  • Minimum 5 years Risk Management or other quantitative experience
  • Background in statistics, econometric, or other quantitative field
  • Advanced understanding of SAS, SQL and AI/LLM
  • Ability to query large amounts of data and transform the raw data into actionable management information
  • Familiarity with risk analytic techniques
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Experience delivering recommendations to management

  • MS degree and 5 year Risk Management or other quantitative experience
