This role involves managing live tests for robotics and automation technologies, focusing on testing, deployment, and safety. The specialist will work closely with hardware, software, and business operations teams to execute and document tests, verify autonomous technologies, and ensure product reliability. Experience with field operations and ticketing tools is preferred.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage live tests actively in transport, deployment, and safety
  2. Work closely with multiple stakeholders to improve the product, including hardware, software, and business operations teams
  3. Execute and document tests to verify autonomous technologies, including understanding behavior, product capabilities, new and existing issues, and added requirements
  4. Rigorous attention to process, testing programs, and checklists, ensuring high levels of safety as well as efficiency and reliability of new products

Skills

Required

  • 2 years of experience or strong interest in robotics/automation
  • Drivers license
  • Ability to support multiple locations
  • Comfortable working outside and operating micro-mobility
  • Strong organizational and process skills
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools

Nice to have

  • Experience with live Field Operations for deployment of products
  • Experience related to autonomous vehicles
