What you'd actually do

  1. Manages other Managers, Supervisors, and/or individual contributors in a matrix environment, and is accountable for conducting effective performance management and meaningful career development conversations.
  2. Communicates direction for sector sales processes to managers, supervisors, and individual contributors, and ensures methods align with organizational goals and objectives.
  3. Identifies new accounts, prospects, and potential opportunities to increase clinical sales.
  4. Coaches team on best practices in clinical sales, including post-sale implementation and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  5. Provides input and ideas for new product development and software enhancements.
